I think you have to join the S.Gifts steam group.
It depends what the topic of the ticket is. If it is something urgent they'll try and get back to you asap. I filed a ticket about changing my username and that was answered to within 2 days, and the new username was in place within a week, although it wasn't all that important.

So I am sort of new to the community and just have two questions. If you do know the answer(s) I would really appreciate your help.
Question 1: Why does it say i don't have permission to join Steam Gifts Chat?/How do I get get access?
Question 2: How long does it take moderators to respond to a support ticket?- It's been open for about a week now and I appreciate their hard work and know that I am not the only one who requires support, but it is unfair to the people who entered the giveaway.
