My my thats an amazing thing! You pay like 13 euro's for a game and then get 50 dollars/euro's back!

If you want to do a giveaway for contributing group members only, you can set up an sg giveaway for the group + set a contributor amount. Asking for paypal from each member that wants to enter the giveaway seems a bit sketchy.
