This is rather sad, I was really hoping to get a key for "A Little Lily Princess". I love Hanako games. Fingers crossed they restock that one.
Edit: Yay, I managed to get it now, so if anyone else wanted that one you should check again. I also checked "AIdol", and that was still out of keys, so they won't all be restocked, but worth checking back at some point for the ones you really want, as they might still restock them.

It might depend on how many people end up buying the bundle.
The game is Profile Limited, thus devs can generate only a certain amount of keys. They might restock them for some purchases (based on the time of purchase (first come, first served) or based on the donation amount), or they might not restock them at all. Both of these happened before with other itch.io bundles.
For now, I asked about this on the Steam forums.

Developer replied on Itch that they have requested more keys so be on the look out.

The bundle includes a DLC key for https://store.steampowered.com/app/2293660/, where the base game is free but store-region locked in Germany.
Is there any way to activate the free game so I can redeem the DLC key for it?
I tried installing via SteamDB (steam://launch/2293660) but that didn't work ("no licenses" error).

AFAIK, if you're ever on holiday in some neighbour country, you could also unlock it then. Your account settings (your country of origin f.ex.) don't need to be changed.

I will never be able to wrap my mind around digital 'keys' running out INSIDE a bundle... its like you pay the same as everybody else but get less product because the people who provided the keys are equally blatant as the people who have the balls to sell it.
Love the FOMO-bait though 'buy now or more of the keys you paid for will be sold out' lol, im good. skip.

I think they in general have some expected sales, vs actual sales they make, and also for those who give out steam keys, they have to request the keys from steam and that's compared to how much they sell. So they can't ask for millions of free keys if they sell 20 copies of their game. These games are not that popular, therefore steam probably doesn't give them as many keys, so once the ones steam gave run out, they have to go back to steam and request more to try to fill the request. If steam denies, no restock.

One of the Humble casual bundles still never had a restock for a couple of the games. Their way of handling it was to give epic keys, but if your game doesn't make enough sales on steam.. you're screwed when it comes to giving away thousands of keys. I mean personally I wouldn't be devaluing my game that much anyway.
