Good luck. I can't say that I think this challenge is a great idea but more power to you. I will continue playing games like I have been. Try out the games that look interesting and toss aside those that I don't like. I see no reason to force myself to play a bunch of games that I find bad or boring.

Basically, it's because my collection has been growing for 25 years now, i own over 3000 games for various homecomputers and consoles. believe me, i got enough "new games" to last for a lot more than a year. So this seems to be an awesome idea to me.

I want to do something similar, but I'll have to tweak the rules a bit in order to better suit my overall health and lifestyle. At least five hours with each of my unplayed games should be an achievable goal. It's just enough to get me motivated without too much stress, and it might just lead to completing all of 'em.

Ugh, yeah. I know that feeling all too well! Thankfully I'm rather patient, so I think I'll be able to wait it out without too many fits. lol
Of course the challenge did say not to buy games, which means there's no rule against renting or borrowing them. x)
