Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen!

Lastly few things happen to celebrate but I was quite busy tormenting other people and keys were waiting so... here comes Easter! And bunny (actually iz rabbid) have some presents for you! :D

We all have been witnesses of a little brick flood so I hope you don't have enough yet of LEGO gibaways. Here comes some more! I was entering so many of them to decide that gonna buy bundle on my own and give'em all! But if you do not enjoy Traveller's Tale games you'll also find little something for yourself where you gonna kill 'em all aliens! >:O

All of it will be ten giveaways but part of them is hidden in groups and one was created for my whitelist. I'm sure it's not full enough, there is still space for some of you :). They should end around I gonna eat my Easter breakfast, maybe a little later. I might have some time there to add all winners and give them keys.

Btw. What are your Easter traditions? ^^

little update:

Thanks for all your replies! :D I am very sorry I wont be able to answer them all but each one is very appreciated :). It looks like when Christmas can be very different depending on country or region, Easter is very similar everywhere. That's a nice find! Thanks again! ^^
Besides Egg Hunt! I don't think we have it in Poland (or do we?). Great idea! :D However smell must be disturbing if this one egg was not found... and forgotten :U.
Ok, didn't get it's about chocolate eggs x]. As far I know we don't have this tradition. And I'm really sad about it.

another update:
Do you have tradition of, hmm, Wet Monday? In Poland in second day of Easter we are running with a buckets full of water, with waterguns and so on to make other people... wet of course :P.

It looks like group giveaways will have to wait, till those end, cause my feedback is too small... I'm not a real man anymore :(.

Giveaways from other wonderful people who decided to participate in the event:

Much LEGO = much love! <3

I salute you all, have fun and all the best! o7

It's good to know that even in USA it's not so obvious fact. Here in Poland commercials wont let miss those days even if you are atheist, Jew or Muslim :p.

It probably is obvious to most people here in the USA, but religion and religious holidays being irrelevant to me, I am probably just one of the few who didn't know. We don't really have any easter-based commercials, at least none that I've seen. But then again I don't watch too much TV anyway =P

Thanks so much for the giveaway :D I'm Christian so my Easter traditions do involve getting up early to attend church, however I do ABSOLUTELY love the chocolate part xD Hope you enjoy Easter, and the lego-ness of it all :P

There are usually family gatherings for Easter but I won't be attending this year. Got a bad flu and even though sharing is a beautiful thing, I'd rather keep my sneezing and coughing and sore throat and runny nose for myself.

I'll probably still get some chocolate though. It's Easter after all and flu or not, you gotta have chocolate. :3

Happy Easter, here's a cake (wreck)!

Ouch :(. I wish you much health then! Indeed sharing viruses with a family probably is not the best idea. But cake is hilarious symbol of your Easter :D.

However as I mentioned above... here in Poland we don't have this chocolate part :(. There are some surprises (sweets usually) you have to find in the morning but it could be jellies or anything else. Choco is there often because it's good but it's not obligatory.

We get with our relatives and eat. :)
Tradition calls for lamb and a flan called "pasqualina". And of course chocolate eggs.

Pasqualina looks good :). I often do tart with spinach so I find how it can taste.

Thx OP for the giveaways! My Q is general, not referring to you

I'm from Eastern Europe as well (Poland) and hmmm... I can answer your question ^^

  • There is a lamb - symbol of Christ.
  • There are little chicks - symbol of new life and overcoming the sin.
  • And there are bunnies. What are doing bunnies? Humping all the time everything they can :D. So they are also symbol of new life and fertility.

Hope I helped ;).

in my country, people paint eggs and cook something like a thin cake with white frosting, go to church, and children eating candy and cookies that they pick up from the earth over the graves

I can't honestly remember if we ever had Easter traditions aside from the secular chocolate egg type stuff D:
