The only thing that interested me in all of today was The Last of Us.

Not even Watch_Dogs? Or the new Splinter Cell/Far Cry?

I would like to congratulate the guy [IT COULD BE A SPOILER RELATED TO NEW SPLINTER CELL, LOOK OUT!] who made Sam Fisher head of Echelon IV and then sent him on a mission. Plus who the hell is that? Who's voice is that? Where the fuck is Michael Ironside? About the gameplay... Well, looks like Conviction wasn't stupified enough, another Call of Duty, bravo.

What are you talking about it looks more to me like the dropped the bullshit from conviction and are trying to send it back to its roots.

In my opinion, if they would try to do it:
1) You wouldn't be able to kill 23445 enemies at the same time with your Super Motherfucker Agent Skills, which reset very fast - maybe it was made only for the purpose of the movie but I really doubt it, it wouldn't be 'spectacular' enough for CoD generation. So you don't have guards anymore, they are just enemies to click them to death. I forgot that they are retarded so to make it 'challanging' anyhow you face hundred of them at any time. Result? The game doesn't encourage you to make a stealth attempt, doesn't reward you in any way for that (like in Conviction) and makes creeping around enemies impossible pain in the ass.
2) You wouldn't get some kind of electronic scanner showing you all enemies in the vicinity.
3) Writer wouldn't make the story plain stupid from the very beginning. Now you're a head of whole secret goverment organisation and you're still a ground operator? Really? Plus that guy gets older and older. The way they took at 70 Sam Fisher is going to kill people with his look.

Am I fucking too old or what? Can any European confirm it's working (maybe it's regionally blocked)?

They've already shown it off in both Gameplay videos today he threw a knife attached to a long rope at someone while on a limb then jumped off and hung the guy.

Watch Dogs looks beyond amazing. But what's this about Far Cry 3 being 2 games? Physically 2 games? i.e. having to buy the multiplayer seperate?

No just the co-op included is big enough to be two games.

ahh I see, thanks. FC3 is a maybe for me, I have the first 2, but little playtime with them. I played XBox classic Instincts and Instincts Evolution more then the pc ones, sadly
