I'm interested in joining if it's still open, but what's your definition of 'leeching'? Do you have a maximum number of GAs each member can enter or win each month, or something like that?
Also, when I tried to check the blacklist via the link on the Steam Group page I got this: "No forum available".

leeching means to enter a giveaway without given one first when you are a new member and then keep entering without giving back each month which would result in be kicked. The group dose not have a ratio system any more. the blacklist can only be seen by group members.
