Is binding of isaac really hard to beat or am i just bad at it?

Query: Are you folks playing with a keyboard, or have you hooked up a controller? I think my fingers started getting tired playing with a keyboard after awhile and I was wondering if hooking up my 360 pad would make it easier, or if it would just be awkward.

Really really hard to fully beat. Because there is still the womb and the cathedral (if you have wrath of the lamb) after mom

204 hours in and nearly 100 Mom Kills, and I need to beat Cathedral and the secret last level with only two more characters (Maggy and Eve). So close to that 100% lmfao.

4 hours? That's nothing. I have played 23 hours and I have beated Mom 3 times and her heart 1 time. Best item you can get is item that gives you ability to fly. With that you can easily kill enemies without taking damage.

It gets easier to beat mother if you have the skull with you.

It's a mostly luck based game. I found that sticking with Cain improves your odds a lot.

I only find it ridiculously hard. I enjoy a good challenge, but it takes the piss in my opinion.

Btw, did you bought the dlc? It makes the game much harder.

You need a certain level of skill to beat Binding of Isaac, but you also need luck. If you're lucky enough to find the right power-ups, the game becomes somewhat easy, but not too easy.
