Ghoulboy got Revoked

Developer thinks they got scammed and decides "I don't want to be scammed" so they let their customers be scammed instead. Conveniently this happens after the 180 days that PayPal allows for opening disputes. Want a new copy? Just pay $8 (twice the price they used to charge) for a Steam key or for only $35 you can get a LIMITED EDITION physical copy! Now Ghoulboy can waste space in real life, not just in your Steam library!

I still have it in my library... I think I got my copy from Tremorgames, probably in December 2017, and I guess those Ghoulboys came from the IndieGala bundle.

Same here, mine was from gogobundle, so I guess there's not much I can do.

I bought it from Fanatical Hidden Gems 7 Bundle and it's revoked too😨 I'm waiting for an explanation of the developer😭

Did the price for that game got increased?

Got mine from Go Go Bundle #56 and it was revoked, I guess I should have been expecting that. It's one of the only bundle I bought from them in the last 6 months. Wonder how much games will be left from it in the end ;) I guess there's nothing much to do about it anyway...

IG keys look safe, mine didn't get revoked (at least yet).

Developer just responded:

"Hi guys. Sorry for this This is my fault. I wanted to ban some keys because I thought it was being used without permission. But the keys I gave to the bundle companies have been canceled. I didn't know it would lead to such a conclusion. I request from steam how I remove revokes from keys. Please understand. I had no bad intentions."

Got my copy from orlygift. I guess with the state of that site aswell I'm just screwed :/

Developer responds again:

"Hi guys. My english not good but I will try. I sended lots of keys to indie bundle company. They sell them. But they didnt send me lots of unused keys for 4 months. I wanted revoke to the keys. But this is my first key revoke operation. All past keys cancelled. I didnt know it would. Sorry again.it was not purposely made."

as I said on the other topic, my ghoulboy key was revoked too but Steam told me that it was activated on my account before the gogobundle creation, so it likely came from the Fanatical one

Is there a way to read already closed system messages (like the removal notification) again after it was already closed?

Wrote to the dev and got a replacement key within 40 minutes. For those who also got their key revoked:

Dev responded to my email within 1 hour but my replacement key was already used. Now it's time to wait for a replacement replacement key :P

Edit: Got my second replacement this morning and it worked

i bought 10 bundles on otakundle how i can get the keys to give it to my steamgift winners and me¿?

Dev provided an E-mail to contact him, took only a few minutes to get a key back.
So check the sticky on the Steam forums of the game.

I got my key from a trade, luckily I screenshot every trade I make so I still had the key. I've sent an email to the dev, lets wait and see if I manage to get the game back.
