To this day I can't understand how are some users able to run into rude people all the time. I've been in steam for over 3 years and the large majority of users I talked to have been friendly.
Am I insanely lucky or is just that I unintentionally dodged all the toxic communities/clusters somehow?

Neither, it's your rudeness, awful behaviour, lack of respect towards other people and amount of blacklists (which is the result of the previous). That considers both SG and Steam - VAC shows only that you don't care about your account. To me you're last person I'd want to deal with.

Whether OP thinks he does or not, he sure seems to have an... adverse attitude, or at least regresses to one fairly quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if part of the alleged rudeness he's encountering is reciprocal of that.
Bottom line: If you're nice, people tend to be nice back to you... usually. This principle is not as reliable on the internet, but it still holds true to some extent.

Sorry but not true. You posted and bragged around like you stole the key and deleted the Game after. Later as you saw how the reaction is, the seller got told and claimed to go to police , people you had in fl got attention of this, then you refunded this person the key. Whatever the reason was it sure wasnt kindness.
If it would been accidentally and without bad intention you had refunded the seller the key right away.

The condition of the game clearly said "used", so i tried my "luck" and appeared to be working. In eBay you can see thousands of offers about used STEAM games with clear pictures of the cd-keys, wich their cd-key's chance to work is maybe 15% or less, not every key shown in the pictures might work so.. That's like going to the how do you call it, recycle place about various electronics, wich they are defective and not working, but still there are some stuff wich is working perfectly. Honestly if i ever sold a game on ebay with a picture of the key and the key appears to be working i wouldn't blame the guy who took it, but rather my self for being an idiot and not realizing it.

Well, I'd say Ergo Proxy is dark, but it's beautiful, make me feel really good, probably my favorite. I specially love Pino.
Lain is just dark and confusing and sad and depressing but it's really interesting.
Evangelion is not dark, it's closer to what comes to people's mind when they think of anime. It's rather colorful but so cool and intriguing!
And then we have Death Note. Death Note is cool and clever, good no matter the mood. Benri benri banzai ningen! If you have misanthropic tendencies, better avoid it!

Well i personally started watching anime ~2 years ago now, i quite enjoy them, i rarely watch movies or tv-series. It's just taste, i don't get this weeabo sh** but neither do i care too ^.^. I rarely get into something without getting bored and watching something more as a chore then for myself, for example Death Note was something else.

Ohh, THAT'S why I already had him blacklisted. I remember now. For my part, it was less for A itself and more for the hideously broken logic he used to defend it, simply repeated over and over every time it was pointed out why it made no sense. It annoys me sometimes. It seems most "weeb" games only sell because of their sex appeal or because they have cute girls that people can claim as their "waifus"
I guess it's just disappointing in a way because I used to be obsessed with Japanese games, back when they were better than... this. I'd love to see them drop it but sex sells and in the end they're a business first.

Also reported him for that, I'm not so up on reporting and blacklisting, in my near 3 years here I had 1 ticket and 1 person on my blacklist. I made two separate tickets, 1 for the horrific toxic nature of his comments and one for the unactivated wins, should i delete one and merge them into one ticket?

I am sick of seeing people with anime pictures with "waifus", "kawaiis" and etc, die hard likealikes, steam accounts dedicated to anime kawaii games and so on. They are so annoying and almost all are very rude (at least to me). I don't really know why are there so many people enjoying watching this stuff or playing games like 100% orange juice or 200% mixed juice (one of the most popular waifu/kawaii weaboo game on Steam).
