Battlefield 4 - What the hell is this window?

Hi everybody - i have problem with BF4 - sometimes this fuc*ing window is opened, but i dont know, whats that...

Its start with every key - and than Alt+Tab my game...

When i try to close it (Alt+F4) - its close my game... In single and multiplayer...

Somebody know, what is it?

Looks like Microsoft IME to me. My guess it you trigger it with some kind of hotkey.

Really... Thx so much - i delete all others languages (Chinese, Japan)...
