Looking for a great photoshop artist

Hi!I am looking for an amazing photoshop artist with lots of patience to put up with me,to make 3 gifs for me for my profile backgrounds.
1)For this one I would like to look like an aquarium with fishes,moving light, some bubbles and my name on it appear/disappear with cool letters.

  1. Gif for background - File size will be very large. May be 15-20 Mb. It will be very sloooow to open your profile with that "beauty".
  2. Gif - its animation too. And if u want "make" a gif, not a cut from some video, its a lot of work (make every frame and every seconds have 3-24 or even more frames and 3 seconds gif its a ~70 handmade frames...)
  3. Gif its a bitmap image format that support only 256 colors, soooo make a video effect quallity gif - imposible
  4. And last... yes i can try to help u or explain why thing that u want wrong and what alternative u have

70 handmade frames? aint nobody got time for that.
You can make nice snow effects + sparkles and what this guy needs with gamemaker,
then you simply record it and convert the video into a gif,

personally i would ditch the third jpg, that cloud wrap looks ridiculous, you can clearly see where it overlaps.
i'm guessing its from a game or an animation to have an overlap like that, you could try taking the picture while the overlap isnt present.

The cloud? No the cloud object is probably the same width as the picture,
and the creator has copied one side of the cloud and pasted and flipped it to the other side so that when
the object parallaxes it blends into one continuous cloud, but without touching it up you can clearly see the overlap.
(the weird star shape and beam of light coming from the cloud) it could even just be 2 backgrounds next to each other and the cloud is tiled across both of them, it would have the same effect too.
Its nice art besides the apparent mistakes, better then I could make I bet.

Ah okay i see what you mean, yeah i guess it doesnt matter so much then if its hidden behind the steam stuff, but personally, i wouldnt leave mistakes in just because they are hidden by something, thats just lazy.

no..this is not how it works..you download the images and you work one the top 4 pictures then you upload the 4 gif images to steam cloud..nothing is hidden..I hope you understand..here is a steam guide that will probably explain better http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=299701202

I understand it, but i think you are mistaken, sexybudgie was saying that parts of the image would be hidden behind the steam overlay, like the part of the clouds i was explaining about and the fact that it doesnt show in the image they linked.

for example the first picture in the link you sent, the womens shoe isnt entirely visible and her whole skirt, and so on, because of the steam overlay parts that are not transparent.
