Is giveaways for free games allowed now?

Well, I'm reporting so many giveaways for free games, but they were all ignored.
Is it allowed now? Because I will get some keys to do giveaway too then........

To my knowledge they're not allowed. But support knows which games were free, and will delete all giveaways created after it was given out for free (plus punish the creators), so there's no need to do individual user reports.
