They will go down more than likely since everyone who doesn't want to craft a badge is going to try to get some cash for them. Assuming that there is no server issues or marketplace issues of course.

down if anything, there are to many to get through and people have started dumping just to get anything out of them. 30k+ have been added for sale in each card in the last ~5 hours.

They were $0.09-0.12 earlier this morning, yeah I guess some people started raising the price to get some money

Right after the contest ended, cards could be had for $0.06, as people dumped them (probably thinking they POOFED Saturday at 11am, rather than Sunday at 11am). Once people realized they were so cheap, they started getting snatched up and the prices have almost gotten back to Friday's prices.
I think they'll stay at their current prices until the morning and probably not go below $0.10 again, with a few minor exceptions. Most people are too cheap to drop it, even though its a difference of pennies, until its too late. It happened with the Snow Globes too.
