You shouldn't enter for giveaways on games that you can't run, to avoid such a situation.

No regifting.

If you know you can't run it beforehand, you shouldn't enter. If you found out after installing it, there's no way to go back in time yet afaik.

And if somebody won a game that can't run then he may give back to the giveaway submitter, so he can reroll.

What are your PC's specs?

As for your actual question, please read the FAQ, those rules apply whether or not your PC can run a game or not. Once a game is won you must add it to your library in seven days or the giveaway will be re-rolled.

The thing that really stands out for me (and almost everyone else in this thread) is, how would you know if your PC can run a game that you've won unless you add it to your library, install it and then attempt to play it? (o_O)
