What the guy above said for your issue although quicker (hours) for rerolls and longer (months) for user reports depending on the type of issue. Your issue should take a few days since it seems to be of fairly high priority.

Not a long time for some, a long time for others. I had a reroll request responded to in two hours today, but I've had other tickets open for as long as a couple weeks and a couple that, uh, probably will never get responded to at this point. :3

If you're talking about user reports and the like, i do know that, at least a number of them, are marked by a support to watch a user, and since the issue hasn't been "resolved", it won't be marked, but is being dealt with. Also, if multiple users report the same issue, not all tickets regarding the same thing will be closed, even though it has been dealt with as well. I recently went through mine and closed myself the ones which were resolved, but not being marked so by support..

Akash is the correct answer to this situation. Depends on the type of ticket and who can respond to it. If it was a simple reroll, it would have been done in a few hours but this is something more complicated than that. Good luck!

I've seen people get it changed within a few hours, I'm sure it's the same as any other request, and handled as fast as they're able.
The only things that seem to get notably delayed are user reports and change requests related to an account's information- staff has indicated only a very small handful of them [namely Rinarin and CG] can address such concerns [and has recommended we use Request New Winner and Other categories for general concerns, as is more suitable, as all staff can see those categories. It can be inferred from that, that all other categories will be delayed in response].
since this seems to fall under that purview, a fast response isn't to be expected.

8 days agao I found that my account region is incorrect, then I created a ticket asking for help.
Now the ticket is still 'Pending' and I've missed ALL those Christmas region-restricted invited only giveaways.
