Auto-fail for me. This is what happens when you sync Steamgifts with your Steam account.

that always happens with free weekends, it'll be something like a week or 2 before it goes away

Try adding the game to your wishlist after the set number of days is over.
This has helped me in the past for removing games I played on free week/ends.

That's alot of categories. I just have favorites which I use for games that I'm currently playing and two more, one for finished games which I don't intend to play anymore and other one for finished games which I intend to play more.

If you wait until midweek to manually scan your games SG will automatically scan for them on the same day in subsequent weeks. Mine always updates on a Wednesday and I haven't had this issue since most "free weekends" run from Thursday to Sunday (sometimes Monday).
