He might have just removed you from his whitelist. You can only mark it as not received after 7 days (which is great, because this situation doesn't mean he's not going to give you your game and you're just jumping into conclusions).

Nothing said about blacklist, just you are not longer on the creator's whitelist. Maybe it was a "I create a whitelist for a couple of GAs" event?
Why mark it not received? The GA creator has still 6.5 days to send you a gift or key.

As CR7CAMIAO said you have to wait 7 days before making it not received.
If the key is not on your won page (keep checking it over the next 7 days) you might want to check your e-mail and spam folder. If there was a lot of giveaways by the same person it could take a couple of days.

When I try to view the GA, it tells me:
You do not have permission to view this giveaway, since you're not a member of the giveaway creator's whitelist.
Whats wrong? Was this another "if you enter, you will be blacklisted" GA?
Anyway, will mark it as not received (when I won't receive it). I just wanted to say thanks to creator of the GA.
EDIT: Got it now and SO MUCH THANKS to the creator. I am very happy about it.
