What to do after winning a giveaway and not receiving the gift?

I won a giveaway

Now the problem is he didn't send me anything so I thought may be he forgot so I better contact him. Added him in steam and he added me. Asked him and he just didn't reply simply unfriend!
So should I just leave it like that. First time so need some help. Thanks

pretty much, add em message them and let them know you won the giveaway. Usually givers will tell the winner how to contact them on the giveaway page. For me i know im busy with midterms atm and work so hopefully it's just bad timing.
