I can see a system like in steam where it shows if an user have VAC bans

I did it a few years ago when I first joined. I never knew. Now I do. Never again.

What IS a VAC ban?
That aside, I have a name I could add to that list/database...someone won one of my earliest giveaways and gave the key to a friend to use rather than use it himself...I won't name them of course, but I WILL say it rhymes with "I'm a dickhead" :D

A VAC ban occurs when a user is caught cheating (the system detects signatures from cheating programs like aimbots) on a Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) server in an online game. The cheater is then banned from all VAC-protected servers permanently.

Happened to me on one of my early (public) GAs. Afaik it's not easy to automate since not all games and non of the DLC will show in the winners Libary. So currently everyone has to keep track themselves if the winner activated their game but at least it got easier with SG2 to blacklist the offenders. Unluckily the punishment is way to lenient anyway with a 5 day ban for not activating a won gift.

Hi there,
I know calling peoples out is forbidden on this website, but I was wondering does someone or a program keeps track of people gifting the games they won on Steamgift?
I know (yeah i know a lot of things :) ) support is usually faily busy with the amount of tickets they're getting everyday so some "generous winners" can avoid the ban hammer.
Instead of having these guys win an other giveaway and giving away or trading their gifts again we could have a list of shame, like these people on an other website where they get the Scumbag Steve achievement (I forgot which website is it)
This way they'll be able to fool us only once (fool us once shame on you, fool us twice shame on us kinda thing). I don't see the harm being done by having such a list.
