Whoever creates a giveaway is responsible for purchasing and delivering the game to the winner.

You receive 1 point whenever someone creates a giveaway and you're capped at 300 points.

Whenever someone creates a giveaway everyone on the site (except the giveaway creator) gain 5% of the price of the game being given away in points. So, you don't need to worry about points, you get them over time automatically.
