Yeah I exception was added and if by "Make sure the IP address is correct." you mean the IP inside server.properties then yeah 100% sure

Yes I meant that the internal/inside IP address of the machine that is the server should be 192.168.1.150 (static) and check that it actually is.
Also, are you running Portforward Checker on the machine that is going to be the server? If you are not it will show the port as closed (for that computer). It will only show as open on the machine with the IP address that you port-forwarded to.

Hey, HELP Don't know where else to go.
I moved houses recently and along with that came a new router and this little piece of hardware is boggling my mind.
I've already set-up a static IP and followed the Minecraft Portforward tutorial but even after the port has been portforwarded, the Portforward Checker tells me that
my port is Not Open D:
