It could indicate a +13 shift for letters of the Lower alphabet (A-M) and a -14 shift for letters of the Upper alphabet (O-Z). But Pa2Un produces nothing.
Also a standard +13 Caesarian Shift produces nothing. Pb2Un
Though it could just be a simple trolling.
Edit: Or simply too little information or a misinterpretation of the "hint".

Yes, I'd already tried Pa2Un, plus a few other possibilities accounting for puzzle-giver error. No systematic error produced any results, so I'm left with 3 options:
1) OP screwed up.
2) OP is trolling.
3)"D=Q Respectively Y=K Reverse" has more meaning than we are attributing to it, but that's unlikely since I don't recall seeing it in the original topic.

D->Q and K->Y(reversed Y-K) are located the same amount of keys from each other on the keyboard. Dunno if its a clue or coincidence. The least he could do is provide us with deadline- we might be trying to solve puzzle for giveaway that has already ended!

I was gonna see if you had posted anything but it seems that the entire thing has been wizarded away by some magical censorship (i'm assuming you deleted your post and the whole tree of replies went away).
You are a weird man yatterman, cool for giving out so much free stuff to what amounts to random internet strangers, but still.

I'm famous! I didn't even enter it since I already have it.

“Co2Ha
D=Q Respectively Y=K Reverse”
The code is too broad to be solved sufficiently. My initial intake was to count from D to Q, and how ever many letters there are, to count that many letters from C, from O, from H, and A; revealing the real acronyms of the game. But it’s too broad. There are too many factors to account for. From D to Q, there are 12 letters if you include everything in-between but do not count D or Q themselves (the starting and ending points.) There are 13 letters if you count the starting point, or D, which is wrong when playing a board game but many people still make that mistake so that must be taken for a possibility. There are 14 letters if you count everything in-between, including D and Q themselves. Now after you’ve determined the number, you have an even bigger problem. Say you came up with decided to go with 14, which is as I said the result from counting D, Q, and everything in-between. Your first step to un-raveling the code is to begin with C, and count 13 letters. But wait, do you count after C like the average person, or do you include C? It doesn’t make much sense to include C, but that’s the method we used for D and Q, so do we continue using it? My other idea is that when you are going down the alphabet and reach letter Y, you continue your count on K. This then opens an even wider range of possibilities. Firstly, when you are set back to K, (think of it as a game board piece that landed on a certain space which sent it back towards the top of the board.), do you finish your count forwards or backwards? Out of habit, I kept trying going backwards from K, which may sound absurd but there’s an equal chance for either. After that matter is settled, do you then count K as a number, or do you skip past it? Do you count Y as a number, or merely use it as transport? Which then brings up back to the question “Do you count the starting point or ending point, neither or both?” so then you are jumbling letters together that are in the mere general vicinity of what you intended, getting a slew of possible letters that you try to mix together; not really sure if you had counted it the way Janslike counted it. The user hasn’t specified how exactly HE counted it, so we are very well going to come up with many different answers. See below (only example combinations).
12 letters, by not counting starting point D or ending point Q.
OM 2: TM ・・・・
OI 2: TM ・・・・
OJ 2: TM ・・・・
OL 2: TM
13 letters, by counting starting point D but not ending point Q.
PM 2: UN ・・・・
PI 2: UN ・・・・
PJ 2: UN ・・・・
PL 2: UN
14 letters, by counting both starting point D and ending point Q.
QM 2: VO ・・・・
QI 2: VO ・・・・
QJ 2: VO ・・・・
QL 2: VO
And these aren’t even all of the combinations. There are more, if you follow by different standards. It’s confusing and frustrating, because you don’t know which methods to use. There are no standards or guidelines that are set in stone. You simply have to assume or do as I do; painstakingly figure out all the combinations by going through different standards and mixing standards, only to come out with a messy sloppy list of un-sure conclusions. Aughgh my brain hurts. One more thing, you are using the term “respectively” wrong. In mathematic terms, when one says respectively, you are supposed to substitute. Take for example this equation: “7b + b0a – 4b3. 1 is respective to b. 2 is respective to a. Solve.” So then you input the appropriate numbers, completing it to actually be “71 + 702 – 413.” What you “told” us to do would have been to replace D with the letter Q every time we seen Q in the original code, but there is no such Q: CO2HA. I’m done with your little complicated morse code. It’s painful to figure out.
Edit: I just discovered what user ArchLich said, and it sums up my entire theory in a much simplier sentence. “It could indicate a +13 shift for letters of the Lower alphabet (A-M) and a -14 shift for letters of the Upper alphabet (O-Z). Or simply too little information or a misinterpretation of the ‘hint’.”

Can't say I share your taste for music, nor get these clues(did Deerhunter quote is even a clue?), but thanks for trying to help us;]

This is really difficult... With so many people trying to figure it out I feel as if the people that actually got it right were just lucky guesses... :-\
