C&C 3: Kane's Wrath giveaway - Can't Enter.

I've got C&C 3: Tiberian Wars on my steam account. I really want to enter in Kane's Wrath giveaway but I cannot do this. Why? I resync my account 2x per 25 minutes and still cannot do this. Somebody can tell my why I've got this problem?

P.S. Sorry for my english.

Topic to closed. I resync SteamGifts account 4x per 45 minutes and no wI've got Tiberian Wars in list game and I can enter Kane's Wrath giveaway. :)
But when I did first resync in SG was 3 giveaways with this add-on, now only one. :/
