Anyone know how buying off the Gala store works?

I bought Sacred 2 Gold about 8 hours ago, see it in my account and it says the order is completed, but there's no key anywhere.

Go to "My account" and then at the bottom right you will have "My serial numbers"

When you click "My account" you can see some options on the right side, including "My serial numbers". It's there.
