You can only use them within the actual RPG Maker.
At least the default textures and such, I don't know about the DLC ones.
EDIT: Not DLC either:
Click on "Can I sell my games created with RPG Maker XP/VX and its game materials included in (or added on to) the software?"
"Also, you may not use the materials included in the software (or add-on package) within other game engines or software."

If i buy the RPG maker, am I allowed to use the music/sprites/... where ever i want, or just within rpg maker projects?
I would love to include for example music in a video, or maybe sprites in a game made with another engine.
Does anyone has more info about this, as i couldnt find it by a quick google search?
Would be great if you can also name a source (Especially when about commercial use)
Thank you :)
