As far as I know, the removal process can be undone. Just search for that, for I don't really know how it goes. But, someone else will probably chime in with the correct step-by-step procedure.

Don't remove them) Now you have perfect "300 Games" in the library) XD

DarkMercy already got the best solution, but just to mention, I believe even if you remove a game the log of it being activated on your account stay on https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ as a acquisition by retail.
But to avoid issues it's for the best to just recover them.

I removed lot of games too, but I have another question. I need to find out, if I played any of those removed games or not. Is it possible to find out this information somehow? I checked Steam, Astats and Completionist.me and have not found my playtime anywhere...

Hmm just giving a guess here, but maybe if you restore the game the played time will apear back.
I had removed a free game before (idle clicker game to hide the hundred hours with it), on a later moment I installed if again and all previous hours played apeared again on my list.

Oh most of my games I'm not ashamed to show that I've spend way too mutch time playing haha
But when I noticed the little silly iddle game apearing as 3rd most played on my list I ended removing it after I stoped playing to hide haha, ended reapearing with full time later when i reinstaled, not cared to remove again as it's a silly thing anyway ^^'
Never got the point of hiding playtime (people that are ashamed of playing too mutch of something I guess), I would hide iddle game time as ins't a time really played at all, just iddle time with it running, but "meh" for other stuff ^^ (Guess there's now way to hide a specific game playtime just all or nothing)
But thanks for the tip anyway! :)

Every game won must be redeemed on Steam. This rule is important and appropriate.
I have a little problem right now:
I sorted out my library and removed two games I won. (ROMBY and Sacrifice Dungeon)
I wasn't thinking about steamgifts and now I have the problem.
The only proof for redeeming the games is my Astats account, but this could get reseted.
What should I do? I don't want to be banned.
