Anything I can do?

So here's the deal. I sent the cd key to a guy who won the giveaway through e-mail. Checked his steam profile to see if the game appears in his geame list, and found that it does. Which means he received the gift right? I tried conntacting him, added him on steam, but he doesn't accept my invitation. I guess he might never tick the gift received button, which leads me to my question. Will it stay as it is "awaiting response" or turn to "not received" after some time?

If he doesn't mark it after seven days, you can ask support to do it.

It won't be marked as "not received" unless he personally does it and in that case you're supposed to report him (I think)
