Won region restricted gift

It was not mentioned in the giveaway description.
I did decline the gift because i can't activate it.
Should I mark the Giveaway as Not received?
Or is there another option to inform that it was send but
it couldn't be activated?

It's about Waveform (1.99$) so no big deal anyways.

GA creator has to give you a region-free copy, if he doesn't, just mark it as not received

The site's rules are clear, region-restricted games are not allowed in giveaways. If the gifter doesn't provide you with a region-free copy of the game within 7 days, just mark it as unreceived and move on.
