I had a similar thing happen once, contacted support and they gave me the refund but specifically said they would only do this ONCE for each customer 😁

Last month they renewed without sending me the usual 3 days reminder so I asked for refund and they refunded me (but eventually I lost 0.5€ as a result of conversion fees)

If you forget it to pause you can talk with support and will get your money back, but they will tell you that this is the last time they help you with it.

if I dont remember badly, when you pause, you recive an email with that info, check your mail just un case.
if you dont unlocked any key, i think you can ask nicely about a.refound and Tell them, that you forgot to pause, i remember reading people who ask that have a refound,

Very much what Ivannes mentioned. When you pause you'll always receive an email from Humble telling you paused the month. Make sure to check the email everytime you pause if you're an annual sub/multi-months sub. Make sure you did not reveal any key and you have a good case for refund which is a very fast process depending how long the support replies to you.

I remember pausing current humble choice bundle at the beginning of it's launch, but it got purchased few minutes ago. Is it possible that it got unpaused automatically somehow? And would they refund it ever? Now I'm not sure if I really paused it, but I should've have. I'm from EU if it changes anything.
