Don't know if this counts as a workout, but I'm using the "Zombies 5k"-App. The plan is to do three running/walking interval workouts a week for eight weeks, so that you can run five kilometre after this training. It's like an audiobook with training inctructions in the zombie apocalypse ;)
I'm a lazy sunflower, I started at 24th January and I'm in week four ;D Next time I should do:

  • 5 min walking
  • 5 min running

Repeat the next three 5 times

  • 10 knee lifts
  • 1 min slow walk
  • 1 min fast walk

Repeat the next two 5 times

  • 1 min walking

  • 30 sec running

  • 15 min free form run (run or walk like you can)
