Additionally, the guy has already been permanently suspended from this site already due to being a known scammer. Don't trade without doing your due diligence first in trying to know more about who you're trading with.

this is calling out and against the rules, sorry. you can report him on steamrep and steam support. but you should not post his profile here. you will get suspended for that.
EDIT: also, why did you trade with someone who has 1/-31 rep? always check rep, before doing any kind of trade!

Pointless, he clearly doesn't frequent this site (since he hasn't heard of the ever popular calling out rule), so he won't get the point of removing the links. Also I have a distinct feeling that OP just wants us to ban the scammer from every site he knows of.

Scammed items or gifts are not returned, at least not anymore. So if Steam cant help no one can
what you can do is use the evidence and Report scammers on SteamRep and Steam Support
This one in particular was already reported for fraud, pay more attention next time check the trader first before proceeding with the deal
We see these threads all the time and everytime, its clear the trader should not be trusted, i guess we should teach how to trade rather than blaming the scammer
