Are you getting the Division?
friend of mine bought me the pre-purchase on steam as a birthday gift, so.... hell yes!

I'll add you and maybe we can play together in the future.

When I played the beta I was extremely uninterested in the single player stuff and only played it to get my level up for the dark zone. Maybe I can get a key from someone buying a new 900 series Nvidia and trade them for stuff.

It's a shame with the entire loot-based incentives and bullet-sponge combat, because any PvP will always be dominated by the largest group who farmed the best drops prior to the fight. While reflex will play a part, the larger force with the bigger numbers can always force a close confrontation and make it about the stats rather than the maneuvers. It might work out nicely for people who want to game in big clan sweeps of the dark zones buuuut smaller groups or solo scavengers are going to get utterly ruined. ESPECIALLY with the system they showed in the beta, which was very easy to abuse.
The PvE might be interesting if you had the right kind of friends for it, but the loot thirst will wear off after a while, and the enemies will only get higher health and more resistant-

Yeah, a group of 4 people killed me and another guy while we were trying to put stuff on the chopper than they just took it put it on the chopper and ran away, killed more people and then their friends that had died went back to the fight didn't kill us waited for their friends to die and just picked up their stuff and ran away, the whole system is messed up and I uninstalled after 4 or 5 hours.

It's a shame because it can potentially be fun, but there are so many oversights that turn it into a mess of frustration. The one time I teamed up with someone, we ended up in a protracted 2vs2 showdown against some rogues (they had stronger weapons but also had a rogue timer). When we eventually killed them, a random observer simply picked up the loot they dropped and ran. Our only option would then be to kill them to take it back and be painted as a rogue, and probably lose it during the manhunt.
The other abuse was that you're allowed to hit random people a few times before you actually get marked rogue, so groups of high-leveled high-gear people would simply follow you around hitting you once or twice each, collectively dropping your health in the middle of other fights (to try get you to die to an NPC so they can loot you without penalty).

On the beta everyone got max lvl/gear really fast and the only thing left to do was to go rogue. I don't think it will be the same in the final release (at least on the 1st weeks) because you lose a lot when you die as rogue and in terms of loot you never know what you ill get, most of the times you wont get s*it cus your gear is already better than the 2 or 3 items the guy dropped.

This one answer some of the points: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFftuq5cmZs
And in terms of DZ xp, money and keys they work in the same way (penalties going up with tied to your rogue rank). Ex: if you have 11 DZ keys and you die as Rogue 5 you will drop all the 11 keys.
