It's not necessary as far as I know. Closed discussions are invisible from the forum unless searched for. It's useful to be able to search closed threads.

I know that, but personaly I think one delete button won't be bad, I mean maybe some people really want to delete some old topics. :-??

Well...i think it's good for multiple discusson on the same subject(like two guys posting the same bundle) to keep the forum cleaner.
