What the prob with steam gifts ?

Other people have been experiencing this problem too, and it's a SteamCommunity problem, not a SteamGifts one.

Unless the service on steamcommunity is temporarily unavailable. What do you change to get info from a site that's not working?

I'm sorry we can't magically extract new information from servers which are down. I'll run along to Bellevue next time with a USB stick and transfer each sync manually, shall I?

Steam Community's xml feature is down for a day or two now and unfortunately, you'll have to wait until it goes back up
