I pre-ordered the new Tomb Raider (Steam redeemable) from GreenManGaming because it was cheaper, but know I'm wondering about the pre-order rewards on Steam. Do you know if I will get them with my code, or not, because I didn't buy it on Steam itself?

I don't think you get them unless you preorder from Steam.

They're not guaranteed by GMG or other retailers. Be happy if you receive the pre-purchase rewards from Steam.
