If I had to select a a super power, it would be the ability to change my form into anything I desire. A false facade if you would.

Meh i would pick superpower to generate and use other superpowers. Eat that!

Pretty easy.

Either the type of immortality Claire had in Heroes (of course, downside will be eternal life) or the power those guys had in the movie Chronicle. Quite a few downsides to it, because it's brain related.

Ability to turn imaginations to reality.
Positive effects: There is no limit to this power.
Negative effects: Good luck sleeping if you get nightmares
