Those giveaways can not be rerolled (edit: source (Ultra Moderator)). If the giveaway host did not set proper region restrictions, rerolling could just get another restricted winner. The two solutions are deleting or marking as not received.

You need to contact the giveaway host. If they can not give you a replacement key, you can agree to have them delete the giveaway (in which case they'll have to open a ticket and you'll have to confirm in the giveaway that you agree), or mark it as not received.
Please be patient and give the giveaway host a couple days to find a solution, don't rush it, but I understand the frustration. :/

Let me guess, saints row? Or any other game from humble bindle? Same happened, if the creator of your giveaway is not a complete ass hole he will try to resolve this, u can ask for its deletion on giveaway comments so its faster for to you enter on another giveaway of same game

Hey, let's not call them that either... Some people just don't know Humble keys are restricted. Sometimes they can make giveaways because they didn't want a bundled key, but can't afford to buy a non-restricted one (or a restriction including the winner).
Unless you mean they don't care about giveaway deletion, in which case, it's their problem, they'll just get a "not received" on their profile.

Yea ik im sorry for my language, but he not only had waited more like 1 hour just to give me the key, 3 days and counting sincd the giveaway and nothing was made abt it and i left multiple comments BEGGING for its deletion so i could enter the only other same game giveaway compatible with my region so i could atleast have a chance of getting the game, the guy was online between the times i left said comments and did nothing. ig thats the only name i could call him as he couldnt even ask for its deletion

Ah, I see. In your case, that's not nice indeed. You could have just marked as not received and entered other giveaways, no? Real question, I don't know how it works after marking not received.

A giveaway cannot be marked Not Received until 7 days after the giveaway ends. This is to give the creator time to deliver the gift. The downside is that if the giveaway is bad, the winner cannot enter giveaways for the same game until the situation is resolved.

The first thing you should always do is communicate with the GA creator and let them know by leaving a comment on the giveaway. See if they can provide you with working key that isn't region locked. If they can't then you can either mark the giveaway as not received(you have to wait 7 days to do this) or if the GA creator asks you to delete it, you have the option to agreeing or not agreeing. You are not obligated to delete it, so the choice is yours. The giveaway creator should always ask and not make the winner feel like they have to. When it comes to region locks we can't reroll to a new winner, so this isn't an option.
When it comes to any games with region locks the giveaway creator should always use the region lock tags that SG provides when creating the giveaway, provided they knew there were region locks. It's not always as cut and dry though as storefronts don't always provide accurate information concerning those. There's bundle threads posted on SG that are worth checking out as they will often provide details on region locks.

I won a game that did not state which regions it was available, and nor does Steam tell me this game cannot activate in Canada. Is there a way around this, or am I out of luck?? If so, what do I do with the key I have been sent for winning? This sucks as it was a game I've been wanting to win.
