So using this new Spring Cleaning event, I got to see what my first steam game I had was. And it wasn't what I thought it was.
So, as usual, I got to thinking. What was your first steam game?
Mine was Dark Messiah of Might & Magic. Game had SUCH potential, but the game breaking bugs killed it for me.

So, what was your first steam game?

Edit- Added a small GA for you all as thanks for making this the most successful topic I have ever made on SG.

It was Mount and Blade: Warband and to be honest i didn't even know what steam was, it was necessary to install it even though i had the boxed version of the game.

My very first game was Halflife 2, because it needed to be activated on a Steam account, which was an affront back in the days. But because it was friggin Halflife, me and my friends all got Steam just for this game.

Sadly it doesn't show that on my account because somehow my first account got lost and for the love of god I can't remember why.

If I remember correctly, it was Elder Scrolls Anthology.
https://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-Anthology-pc/dp/B00E9I1FPI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1530076074&sr=8-1&keywords=elder+scrolls+anthology
I don't trust that price, it was $40 when I bought it before the discounts.

Got it while I worked at Walmart, was on sale 50% off years ago and I got it with that and my 10% employee discount, got the whole thing for I think about $18.

Either that or Counter Strike Source.

Mine was Borderlands 2, Game of the Year Edition.
It was a gift from my best friend. Over and over he asked me if I could imagine to play this with him, but I never was a fan of FPS games ._.
This didn't stop him from bringing the topic up again and when I admitted that the Tiny Tina DLC looked funny, I suddenly got an Email and was part of the Steam-Community ö.ö
Turned out, I liked Borderlands 2 ^^ and today I'm really happy that he made me try it.
