Available code not working.

I am trying to get my friend to join the site and I have an available code, but every time he tries to join it says the code is not valid. Any ideas of what I can do to make it work?

  • make sure the code you sent him is really unredeemed.
  • he should make sure he didn't copy in any extra spaces at the end or the beginning.
  • he might be trying to enter the code in the wrong field. someone I know tried to enter it in the field for the e-mail verification code.

I have friend that tried put an invite code in the steam guard window :D
