The "bundle" games (which include also games that got a -90% during any sale) are worth full value up to 25CV.
Past that there's a cap at non-bundle-CV + 20%.
Which is why the cap is believed to be at 30CV (25 + 5).
When/if you give away more non-bundle games, your CV will raise accordingly, "unlocking" a part of the "stored" CV from the bundle-games that exceeded the cap.

There is a cap to it based on how many non bundled games you have donated. If you only use bundle list games, your value will not raise beyond a certain amount. Since your value has stopped rising, you will need more non bundled games for it.

I have tried to understand the forum page of this topic several times but I am still not quite grasping the concept. Does a key from a bundle, get zero value for contribution or is it adjusted later? I am curious because I have donated several extra keys and the value has not risen. I know there was another topic where people were buying games or bundles for a dollar or so, then donating over and over to raise there amounts.
