Should the support group be bigger?
I have one year old ticket still not answered with somebody who had not activated win within a month back then :P A few months later they've also added multiple win to their achievements :P But maybe there were more reports of this user and support did what should be done, just forgot to mark the ticket as solved since there were so many :) Yeah, I'm optimist :)

Why the support group is so small? My support tickets are only 1 week old (as I am a new user) and there is nothing really wrong about it. But when I search the discussions and see that sometimes tickets can be unanswered for months it triggers me a bit.
There are many SG users that are level 6+, are active community members and most likely would be trustworthy support members. Obviously only some of them would be interested in that, but also I don't think it's hard to find the people willing to do so.
So I would like to see your opinion on the topic. Mainly in the poll but also in the comments ;)
[EDIT] Changed the title so it's easier to see what this thread is about ;)
