I thought I was too late since I just played one game but there's a February cut off! Yay!
Alright then, I started with Bloodstained because I had won it in November and really wanted to give it a go but maaaan, this game is addictive!
I ended up sinking way more into it than I meant to and I might try a NG+ since I have some more time.

I had played Dordogne on Game Pass but didn't get a chance to finish it before my sub ran out so I was glad to get a second chance at completing it. It's a really nice story and got me quite emotional. Reminded me of all the great childhood memories I shared with my grandparents and the sadness they evoke too. As a game it's not action-oriented to say the least but there's collecting to do and exploring and it's a short one... which you wouldn't know from my game time because I forgot to quit the game before I left for work and I also played it twice to try and get the achievements I was missing... and missed them again.

I played the Invisible Hand in memory of Icaio who gifted it to me. I had so much fun in Endless mode that I forgot I had a "game" going with a story and all. It's not exactly a simulation that will teach you anything about the financial market but it's an alright game for fun.

I just won Oaken so I decided to include this one in because I thought it'd be a quick and easy... oh boy! I'm not really good with deckbuilders but I had some fun with others. This one though... I don't know. It has a very long tutorial where you learn only the basics which are pretty basic, so to speak and then you're on your own. Struggling through the chapters and looking at the achievements, I am pretty sure about 75% of the game mechanics remains unexplained. The "glossary" is incomplete to say the least and no further information can be found anywhere.
I ended up finishing a game mostly by chance and calling quits. I doubt I'll ever hunt the remaining achievements with the kind of playtime announced on HLTB and I wouldn't even know where to start with half of them anyway. Now I just hope I can squeeze in two games to finish. All this time wasted!

I was looking for a short game to finish the month and stumbled on one of my recent wins that actually was in the monthly way way back: She Remembered Caterpillars. What an awesome little puzzle game! I enjoyed it very much and probably will play it with my niece. It's not easy enough to play for a kid but it's simple enough to play guided and it's so cute!

And since I'm a dummy, I thought I had six games but I was still missing one! It was a rush! I played Amanda the Adventurer and wow it's creepy! Definitely won't play this one with my niece lmao but I will replay it for the other endings. Managed to get myself killed but replayed it real quick to get to the good end.

I assume that the rdr keys are region free?

Just a question, I've played over 80 hours of Coral Island - what do you think would be a good point to say the game is beaten for this event? I intend to 100% it eventually (if the achievements stop bugging out on me!). It is like Stardew Valley achievements wise.

There is the 'Healing the World' achievement that is similar to completing the community center in Stardew Valley (so may require several in-game years for seasonal fish/insects).

'Healing the Ocean' is more achieveable, except that it is currently bugged, and 'Darkest Cavern' which is completing the 4 mines.

I probably should have confirmed this beforehand but was aiming for the 100%, which I don't think I will make in time for the event!

Otherwise I guess getting A rank on everything would be a good indicator? S rank is 100%ing I think.

Hopefully I can beat 6 games on time, saw this post too late, but for red dead, it's worth a try. (will update every time I beat a game or decide on a game)

The worst game was actually Aer: Memories of Old. I fell asleep (beacuse I was tired, not because I was bored lmao) and then the game bugged out on the first big area, TWICE. But this was a fun challenge overall

I initially planned to sit this one out but ended up doing some short ones anyway :D
