Dota 2 Keys

Where did all of these Dota 2 Keys come from all of a sudden, I just saw 13 on one page. Besides there being so many of them, they are also beta keys. I thought there was a ban on beta keys

Valve have been putting random DOTA2s into the inventories of people who own it for one reason or another. Not quite sure why, but that happened. And as for the beta key thing, DOTA2 is an exception to the rule, officially stated in the FAQ.

Dota2 keys are allowed, these are TRADABLE copies, though.

I think its related to this (took from another post):

"only those will receive the 2 gifts who bought dota 2 invite or get dota 2 from invite survey if you got as a gift or from any other thing you will not receive it just found out :/"

I didn't get any and I got mine from the survey so it may be for people who bought an invite. Honestly im not sure haven't recieve a single copy nor when I was invited did I get any extras. :/
