Ellen McLain (GlaDOS) will be voice acting in the movie. Guess she will be using a different voice than GlaDOS though.

Yeah. We've known that for months now. Sorry to tell you this. The guy directing it is a huge fan of Portal, and it is in fact the exact same voice actor, used with Valve's permission, of course.
