Some people blacklist winners so others have a chance to win their giveaways, and others blacklist those with bad ratios.

Some people just do that to ensure that the winner, won't get another game from them. I don't know what's the point in that, but maybe you should ask the GA creator.

several reasons i've seen
- your ratio
- people don't want other people to win more than once from them.
- he decided he doesn't like you avatar
- cause he can and allowed to
ignore and move on...
Edit: if you got the key, mark as received...
Edit2: you can BL him back if it makes you feel good

First time someone blacklistied me right after i won a gift. He showed a key to game - it's ok. But why blacklist the winner?
