If you have multiple copies of Defense Grid: The Awakening which are not from the promotion (...) you can submit a ticket to support with proof of purchase or other proof that your copies are not from the promotion to have your giveaways approved for creation.

Don't know how it's now... and its only Defense Grid: The Awakening, I guess...

If you want the game that badly, just buy it instead of complaining about not being able to win it (and assuming you would be the one out of ~few hundred entries who would have won it)...
