It´s just a head, and only one of them. If you don´t like your classic role , you can still do your duty as firefighter. I don´t take head with helmets.

What I'm seeing through a quick google search is no. Gender is determined at the moment of conception.

Not quite. The three week fetus has indifferent genitalia, which has the capability of developing into male and female sexes. To develop into male, you need anti-mullarian hormone to cause the female structures to degenerate. If the anti-mullarian hormone is not produced, then the male structures degenerate. So I guess to be more accurate we are default female before we were born.
