It's old news, though. Nvidia have been giving them away for a while; just after THQ themselves stopped giving it away (or maybe they overlapped slightly).
Nonetheless, I assume you were unaware, and I thank you based on your intention; but there are/have been threads about this already. There's also this announcement.. :3
