Asking a reroll if someone has won the same game twice ?

Hi !

I've just checked on sgtools the winner of one of my recent giveways and it appears that he has won the same game twice. But it's not the game I made a giveaway for, he won that game twice the same day one month ago.
Do I have to ask for a reroll in that case ? If he has already been suspended for that is it possible that support didn't remove the game from his list ?

The game will not be removed from his list, regardless of whether he served a suspension. You can ask for a reroll and select Other, explain your findings, and if the user has served a suspension already, the request will be denied and you may give the user the gift.

ask for a reroll.
if he gets suspended, you will get one.
if he was already suspended less than 1 month ago, it will also be rerolled.

But I don't want to be rude, if he has already been suspended he already paid for what appears to be just a lack of attention. He won the 2 games back to back.

If it's within a month, you can simply specify in the description that you're fine with sending the game to this winner if they already served a suspension, and we won't approve the request if that's the case
